Clients are responsible for providing all content, assets, information, approvals, feedback, and materials required to complete a project. Delays in the provision of such materials may result in project delays.
Consac reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate projects involving unlawful, fraudulent, offensive, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
Project scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be outlined in a proposal, quotation, statement of work, service agreement, or invoice.
Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to make payments may result in delayed delivery, suspension, or termination of Services.
Deposits, setup fees, milestone payments, and payments for completed work are non-refundable once the corresponding work has commenced or been delivered.
Any requests outside the agreed scope of work may require additional fees, revised timelines, and written approval from the client.
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, the client shall remain responsible for payment of all completed work, work in progress, and any expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
Upon full payment of all outstanding fees, ownership of the final approved deliverables shall transfer to the client, except for:
Consac retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, presentations, marketing materials, and promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client warrants that all content, trademarks, logos, images, videos, data, and materials supplied to Consac are legally owned or properly licensed by the client.

Consac shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, or project disruptions resulting from the client's failure to provide information, approvals, content, or feedback.
Where third-party services are utilized, including but not limited to hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, analytics providers, cloud platforms, communication tools, software vendors, or advertising platforms, their respective terms and policies shall apply.
While Consac follows accepted industry standards and security practices, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uninterrupted functionality, error-free operation, or absolute protection against cyber threats, data breaches, or service interruptions.
Clients are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions, licenses, hosting accounts, domains, and third-party services unless otherwise specified in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of confidential, proprietary, technical, commercial, or financial information disclosed during the course of a project.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party except where required by law or with prior written consent from the other party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our Services.
Consac's total liability for any claim, loss, or dispute relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Consac shall not be liable for losses resulting from third-party service failures, hosting outages, platform changes, cyberattacks, client modifications, unauthorized access, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Either party may terminate a project or agreement by providing written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms.
Upon termination, all outstanding invoices and fees for completed or partially completed work become immediately due and payable.
Consac may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, misuse of Services, illegal activities, abusive conduct, violation of these Terms, or any conduct that may expose Consac to legal or reputational risk.
Consac warrants that Services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with generally accepted industry standards.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Consac does not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, conversion rates, advertising performance, or other commercial outcomes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Consac operates.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the applicable jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Consac reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time by publishing revised Terms on its website.
Continued use of our website or Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Consac and the client regarding the Services and supersede all prior discussions, communications, proposals, understandings, and agreements relating to the Services.
No amendment, modification, or waiver of these Terms shall be valid unless made in writing and agreed to by both parties.
